Dr. Kalpana Saini (born 1 October 1959) has been a disciplined and hard worker of the Bharatiya Janata Party and Vishwa Hindu Parishad. She has held many important positions in the state unit of the party in her political journey. 

Born in a very normal and educated family, doctor Kalpana Saini has been rich in versatility since childhood. He received his postgraduate and PhD degrees and made long-standing contributions in the field of teaching. Along with education, she has also been associated with many social and political organizations for nation building.

In addition to her personal political background, Dr. Kalpana Saini is also the daughter of the late Dr. Prithvi Singh 'Vikas' - former Minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh - and considers her political values ​​and style of work as her ideal.
